A ton of incredible music to help tone those muscles and burn that fat!! A 9 minute warm-up (132 bpm's) followed by 18 songs arranged as follows: 1) 3 min @ 128 bpm's; 2) 2 min @ 124 bpm's; 3) 3 min @ 128 bpm's; 4) 2 min @ 124 bpm's, etc. There is a 6 second pause between songs.
