Circuit Training VI

A 6 minute warm-up (135 bpm's) followed by 20 songs arranged as follows: 1) 3 min @ 140 bpm's; 2) 1.5 min @ 124 bpm's; 3) 3 min @ 140 bpm's; 4) 1.5 min @ 124 bpm's, etc. There is a 6 second pause between songs. (57 minutes; cd trax)
